Admission Procedure

Admission Open for Session 2024-25

HAPS welcomes students from diverse social and cultural background to demonstrate a desire to continuously learn and grow. Admission to all classes is granted on the basis of counseling/admission test conducted by the school.

The procedure for admission requires the child to get registered for admission as follows :


For students wishing to join HAPS, the first step is filling the registration form.


Parents are further requested to send / deposit the filled registration form along with the registration fee to Admission office or apply online for registration.


All registered students need to appear for an entrance exam on the date given by the Admission office. The entrance can be conducted on any working day. Please contact Admission office to confirm the date. (Sample question papers).


School declares the result of admission test and offers admission to the candidate and gives the date for payment of fee and completion of admission formalities (Admissions are offered on basis of performance of child in the admission test).


Once the admission is offered to a candidate it may be confirmed by depositing the first installment of fee to the school office by following the procedure of depositing fee mentioned in fee structure.


The admission to any class will be considered provisional till the certificate of passing the previous exam and other documents are submitted by the student.


The registration for class 10 and 12 will be permitted only after verification of the subject codes of students in classes 9 & 11. Contact the Registrar's office for admission to these classes.

The registration for admission can be done by filling up the registration form and paying the registration fee of Rs.2000/- (Two Thousand Only). The registration fee can be paid by cash at the school fee counter or by a demand draft in favour of Principal Him Academy Public School, Vikasnagar, Hamirpur.

1. The result of admission test can be seen on school website or confirmed from following numbers :

2. Parents should note down the date of depositing the first installment of fee in the bank as well as the dates of filling the admission form from our website or enquire from the school office on the above mentioned telephone/mobile numbers.

3. Necessary forms for depositing the fees are enclosed in the admission kit.

4. After depositing the fee in the bank or by using payment gateway through school website you should intimate the school through e-mail ( or SMS/Whatapp on the mobile number : 91 8219399780. The evidence for depositing the first installment of fee should be brought to the school while coming for completing the admission formalities. The receipt for the payment of fee will be issued only when the above mentioned evidence is produced to the fee clerk.

Age Criteria for admission


The Eligibility Criteria for admission varies with respect to the age of the child. Age criteria should be strictly adhered. If the child’s age does not match the age criteria of the class you cannot proceed further. Please check the age criteria for selection of class.

REGISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION. Admission is granted only when there is an existing vacancy in the class. Admission in classes 1st to 8th is subject to assessment procedure and availability of seats.


Application must be completed and information mentioned in the Registration form should be true. In case of any discrepancy, management holds the right to cancel the Registration form as well as the admission of the child.


The Management reserves the right to have the last word in all matters related to admission.


Admission is being granted on first come serve basis.


Admission to School does not ensure a seat in any particular bus. If the bus is full, or does not cover the required area, parents will have to make their own arrangements.
